·               280MW Solana solar power plant near Gila Bend, Arizona, maintained and updated engineering schedule. Prepared and maintained start-up and commissioning schedule

·               MSD SSO Master Plan Project Controls Expert, implementing P6 scheduling program for SSO Master Plan, integrating Oracle projects with P6 scheduling management, preparing milestone reports for EPA compliance..

·               St. Louis Arch Gateway contract #4 construction scheduler, created resource-loaded schedule and prepared monthly schedule updates and reports.

·               A $40 million new state park project at southwestern Missouri master scheduler, setting up EPC baseline schedule, coordinating engineering design efforts, providing recommendations to stake holders on bidding packages and methodology, reviewing contractors’ schedule, maintaining and forecasting the schedule.

·               Federal Aviation Administration Las Vegas McCarran International Airport new traffic control tower project forensic scheduling consultant, conducting a detailed analysis for delay claims, evaluating monthly schedule submittals, and providing schedule forecast for the project.

·               Jefferson Barracks VAMC- Fire Alarm System Replacement – electrical scheduler, generated cost-loaded schedule and prepared monthly schedule updates and reports.

·               $290 million The New Mississippi River Bridge- Main Span - General Contractor Scheduler, created resource loaded detail schedule and prepared monthly update reports.

·               The New I-64 Design/Build Project Control consultant, performed earned value analysis on the project using custom software program and resource loaded Schedule, developed and updated design schedule.

·               MSD Grand Glaze and MO River waste water treatment plant upgrade Project Controls consultant, reviewed contractors’ monthly schedule submittals and provided review analysis to Resident Engineer for communication back to the General Contractor, provided delay analysis for change claims.

·               St. Louis County yearly Reassessment Schedule consultant, assisted County Department of Revenue to establish the reassessment schedule in Microsoft Project. Provided training and setup procedures to implement the monthly update process.

·               The Great Rivers Greenway district Schedule consultant, created the master schedule for all district projects sorted by Project Managers and Greenways. Provided monthly update and analysis report to the district director.

·               As a $650 million MetroLink Cross County Extension scheduling services consultant provided analysis of contractor’s schedule in P3 e/c, cost engineering activities, maintained and updated the rail activation management plan schedule, and identified major issues.

·               As a “Metrolink Cross County Extension” Project Management Oversight Consultant, provided monthly in-depth observation reports to the Metrolink executives, helped them with organizational changes, forecasted project cost and completion timing and identified major issues and resolution.

·               $11 million Lambert Airport- Cypress Parking Facility hard-bid estimate, master scheduling, project engineer.

·               12-Story BJC Center for Outpatient Health General Contractor scheduling consultant, maintained baseline schedule and provided bi-weekly schedule updates.
